  • Up to 2,000 sft / 1 acre - a “typical” PNW home

  • No limit on photos - as many as it takes! Average job is 45-55 edited images

  • No travel fees within 20 miles of downtown PDX

  • No travel fees within 30 minutes of downtown PDX

  • Photos edited and returned next-day, usually by 11am, via dropbox or google drive

  • Same-day return available in most cases for $125

  • Free sky replacement if it’s not a naturally gorgeous day

  • No drone needed? $35 off

Video Tour w/ Drone - $250

  • ~90s-2min long, up to 2,000 sft / 1 acre (“standard home”)

  • Interior & exterior video tour edited, with titles, and set to music

  • Video edited and returned within 24 hours via Dropbox

  • Unbranded youtube link provided upon request

  • No drone needed? $35 off

Drone / Aerial

  • Add aerial pictures and/or video to your photo and video listing

  • Two callout or boundary photos included upon request

  • Drone-only photo $125 or video $150 up to 10 acres; larger/unique jobs on per-casis

3D / Virtual Tour - $150

  • $125 when paired with any other service

  • Unbranded 360-degree virtual tour

  • Matterport brand available +$100

  • Tours kept online for as long as you'd like (Matterport for 60 days)

  • $125 when paired with any other service

  • One set of approximate-dimension floorplans and one set of dimensionless

Additional misc

  • light bulb outage report - I’ll let you know how many & which light bulbs are out so they can be replaced prior to open houses

  • ‘community feature’ photo and video available for some neighbourhoods and cities; inquire if of interest

Virtual staging - $12/photo or 5 for $50

  • Digital alternative to traditional staging

  • 24hr turnaround

  • Custom requests starting at $20/photo (virtual declutter, specific furniture, etc)

Twilight Shoot - $275

  • 10-15 specially edited shots of the home, taken at sunset

  • $175 if paired with same-day photo shoot (typically scheduled ~90 minutes before sunset)

Dollhouse 3D - $75

  • Top-down view of each floor of a property

  • $75 when paired with a floor plan; $125 as a stand-alone option
